  • Reception Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setting up and breaking down venue ensuring everything is in place.

  • Reception Management: Oversee the reception to ensure everything runs smoothly, resolving any minor issues that may arise.

  • Reception Timeline Follow up.  According with instructions provided.

  • Vendor Communication: Coordinate with all vendors to ensure they adhere to the timeline and event flow.

  • Coordination Team

    • Two coordinators present during the entire reception for comprehensive support.

  • Up to 6 Hours of Coordination- Reception Only  Provide full support on the wedding day for up to 8 hours, ensuring the reception is seamless

    • Ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Detailed Itinerary Creation

    • Craft and distribute a meticulous day-of timeline to all vendors and key players.

    • Ensure everyone is on the same page for a seamless event flow.

  • Rehearsal Coordination

    • Oversee the rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their role.

    • Ensure the ceremony flows perfectly and no detail is overlooked.

  • Floor Plan Creation (if needed)

    • Develop a customized floor plan to maximize the event space.

  • Setup and Breakdown Assistance

    • Assist with setting up and breaking down the event space. according with instructions

  • Full Day-Of Event Management

      Ceremony and Reception Management

      Our team will be the first to arrive and the last to leave.
    • Coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Final Payments

    • Disbursement of all final payments to vendors as needed.
